Newman Lake, WA · serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho
One call, every season.
Sprinklers that need blowing out before they freeze. A driveway with pavers working loose. A lawn nobody's mowed in three weeks. Snow that isn't going to plow itself. Whatever the calendar's doing to your yard right now, it's one shop and one number.

Certifications, not badges
The people doing the work
Their retaining-wall crews are "AB certified wall builders". Their paver sealing and cleaning technicians are "Techniseal certified applicators". Both are the business's own printed claims, carried here exactly as they publish them — not a badge, not a seal, just the two lines.
Some of the people who'll show up to your job grew up nearby: owners and employees graduating from East Valley High School and Eastern Washington University.

Common questions
Yard and sprinkler questions
Do I need to winterize my sprinkler system?
In a climate that freezes, yes — water left standing in the lines when the ground freezes is what cracks pipes and heads. Sprinkler system winterization and blow-outs are one of the services offered here.
I'm not sure how many zones my sprinkler system has — does that matter for a repair or blow-out?
Not for booking the call. A technician can walk the property and find every zone and head; you don't need to know the count ahead of time.
Should I aerate my lawn?
If the ground under your grass feels hard-packed, or water pools instead of soaking in, aeration is usually worth it — it lets air, water and nutrients reach the roots.
How often should I mow my lawn?
Most lawns in this region hold up best mowed weekly through the growing season, rather than left to grow long between cuts and scalped short all at once.
